Four areas, one client file
From first meeting to practice report
Advice workflows, reviews, insurance and practice reporting share the same client groups, tasks and documents.
01Advice workflows
Planning, investments, KiwiSaver and insurance advice, one engagement at a time
Wealthie supports advice on financial planning, investments, KiwiSaver and insurance. Each engagement runs as a workflow: onboarding, then product advice, then implementation, then review. Every phase has a task, an owner and a clear next step.
- Workflows for onboarding, KiwiSaver, investment, insurance, review and claims
- KiwiSaver, investment and insurance can run together as one multi-stream engagement
- Phase tasks link the scenarios and documents used
- Signed documents complete the linked task, opening the next phase where set up
- Implementation ends with a 30-day check-in

02Reviews
Client reviews, from booking to next steps
Book the meeting, collect the client's updates, and draft the review from the review wizard or the meeting transcript for the adviser to check and complete.

03Insurance advice
Personal risk insurance, from needs to claims
Needs, quotes, advice records, implementation and claims, all on the client file. Indicative premiums before underwriting. Final terms depend on the insurer's assessment.

04Practice reporting
Practice reports with a definition behind every figure
Growth, pipeline, book, productivity, compliance and data quality, compared across periods. Reports come through the AI assistant or the Wealthie connector, with metric definitions.
- Growth: new, lost and net clients, total clients and churn rate
- Book: investable FUM, total assets, KiwiSaver, premiums and policies in force
- Productivity: work done by each user and outcomes on each adviser's book, kept separate
- Compliance: reviews due, completed and overdue; complaints received and resolved
- Complaints register with response due dates, notes and linked evidence

Adviser controls
You stay in control
Wealthie keeps work moving. The adviser makes the advice decisions.
Settings

- 01
The adviser decides when advice moves on
Workflows propose the next step; the adviser moves the phase. Where a phase waits for the client, the workflow waits too. - 02
Steps can be reverted, with history kept
If a provider needs changes during implementation, revert the step. The history stays on the workflow. - 03
The adviser recommends
Quote and needs tools never choose the recommendation. A quote with incomplete cover is never labelled cheapest. - 04
Drafts before issue
Advice documents stay drafts until you review and issue them. Review drafts from transcripts are checked against the transcript and completed by the adviser. - 05
Your settings decide what is automatic
Scheduling, booking and workflow settings decide what happens automatically. Booking pages can require you to approve each request. - 06
Figures you can check
Relative periods become explicit NZ dates, figures are compared with the prior period and the same period last year, and every figure carries a definition, as-at date and caveats.
